We originally engaged Ian and his team to remodel our bedroom en-suite and were so pleased with the result that we extended the works to include the main bathroom and a second en-suite.
We were provided with a good advice on options and detailed costings throughout with no hidden costs.
His tradesmen were friendly and proficient dealing quickly with the problems revealed due to previous building methods. They kept the work areas clean and tidy despite considerable amount of tiling and grouting being done.

Halfway through 2017, for medical reasons, we decided to replace our beloved corner bath with a shower. We approached three firms who advertised that they would do such a replacement in one day. Price quoted were from about £6,000 to £10,000, depending on the extent of the replacement i.e. washbasin, toilet, radiator, wall finishes etc.
A reommendation was made to contact Ian Plater of Interior Isntallers and this is what ww did, and never regretted it.
Ian was extremely helpful in dealing with the design of the new bathroom, and he and his team carried out the work exceptionally and with the minimum of dust and disruption. We remained in residence for all the nine days they were here.

As always we went for quotes from several national and local showrooms 2 were over 15K! 5K was just to fit. We found Ian and his team thank goodness, two designs put units in front of the back door, that would have been interesting.
Good job they can use a tape measure, they found other errors we did not spot, their appearance and vans show how a professional skilled person will do a great job and we weren’t disappointed, attention to detail is amazing all the units arrived on time and well protected, we wanted curved end units and laminate worktops not a problem as was for other firms,
Our builder did rewire and put sockets crooked and then left, Ian and Jim put a laser line over them and one hour all was done and level. If you need 2 top class installers at a fair price just call them we are very glad we did. 100% recommended, don’t shop around just get these two.

Ian and his team, fitted our Betta Living kitchen in May. We weren’t the easiest of customers, because we had already decided that we wanted to change the design from what was originally decided!
